Protestant Ministries @ NYU has compiled a list of various Protestant congregations in the area and around the city which might be of interest to those in the NYU community seeking a place of worship. Please contact the office (212.998.4711) if you need a referral to a specific group that does not appear on the list.
The NYU community provides a wide variety of Student Groups and clubs centered around the Christian faith. Links to these groups, as well as a more thorough description can be found on the "Student Activities" web site. Students are encouraged to get involved in this active part of spiritual life on campus.
Links to pastors and staff workers who relate to different groups and local churches are listed on the "beliefs" page.
Protestant Ministries @ NYU serves the community with a monthly collaborative worship service. Protestant Life advisors and Christian club student leaders plan and lead worship each month. In this way, Christian students can meet, and experience a variety of worship styles and topics. There are also special holiday and praise services throughout the year. Once a year there is a special "Christian emphasis" week called Agapè Week, as well as larger events such as The Veritas Forum.
