NYU's Deutsches Haus Hosts Two Special Events in December

Deutsches Haus at New York University, located at 42 Washington Mews (at University Place), will host two special events in December. They are free and open to the public. For further information, call 212.998.8663.
- On Tuesday, December 2, at 7 p.m., Deutsches Haus writer-in-residence Nora Bossong will read from her work in German and in English. The reading will be followed by a book signing. Bossong, a graduate of the Institute for German Literature in Leipzig, is the author of the novel, Gegend (“Landscapes”).
- On Thursday, December 4, at 6 p.m., Michael Minkenberg, Max Weber Chair at NYU, will moderate a panel discussion entitled “Das Schloss? The Reconstruction of the Berlin Castle.” This special event takes place at 19 University Place, 1st floor Great Room.
