Check out the brand new Mindfulness Initiative - a joint collaboration between NYU's Counseling & Behavioral Health Services and the Wellness Exchange. This initiative was founded on the belief that mindfulness, the simple act of being aware of one's experience in the present moment, can be transformative to the NYU community. Virtually interact in the calming corner or yoga room, or ask the Stresspert! Check it out!
